Mysasleep takes customer service very seriously and will always do its best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We believe that every individual has different needs, and sometimes the product you purchase will not meet your needs or match your decor. Returns or refunds

You must submit a return request within 7 days of delivery. The refund will be processed within 7-15 business days after we receive the returned product. All the items or products must be with their original tags, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Returns Pickup Charges & Requirements

Pickup may or may not be arranged by Mysasleep. In case a return pickup is not arranged by Mysasleep, the customer is required to send the product back to Mysasleep at the following address:

In case of return pickup, the shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged properly to prevent any damage during transit. Inadequately packaged items may not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged / Missing Components

Our products are carefully packaged and shipped in order to keep them safe during delivery. If something arrives from us that appears broken, or if the product has manufacturing defects or lacking components, please notify us right away at info@mysasleep.com. We will assist you to get the required replacements as quickly as possible without any extra charges.
