Risk of Loss

All items purchased on mysasleep.com are manufactured under a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of such items are deferred to you when the order is handed over to the carrier.

Product Description

Mysasleep tries to be as specific as possible. However, Mysasleep does not guarantee that the product description or other content on this website is correct, complete, reliable, updated, or free of errors. 

If a product/service that is offered on mysasleep.com itself does not correspond to the description, then you can return it unused.

Invoice

The price quoted for our goods on mysasleep.com is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for that specific product, including all local taxes applicable in India. 

The tax rate charged upon the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rate as per the address the order is expected to be delivered. Mysasleep has the right to collect taxes such as other duty/surcharge that it has complied with the normal taxes and you may have to pay. 

We can also charge shipping costs which may include postal/shipping charges etc. applicable to your region or country.

Order Cancellation

Due to unavoidable circumstances, it may happen that a valid order cannot be processed or dispatched. Mysasleep reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason. Some situations that may result in the cancellation of your order include restrictions on product quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems or defects with product quality identified by our credit and fraud prevention departments. We will contact you if your order is canceled (wholly or partially) or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after receiving your payment, then the paid amount will be refunded back to the provided account details (or original source of payment) within 30 working days.

Delivery

Mysasleep will make every effort but does not guarantee delivery of the products in the time period specified at the time of purchase. In no situation, the order can be canceled if Mysasleep does not deliver any one or more products within the estimated time. However, if you do not accept delivery of the products, Mysasleep may, at its sole discretion, charge you additional shipping charges.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of service or any separate documents of third-party payment channels shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
